About

Welcome to Eagle! Where we want to engage every generation to become a fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ.

Faith

We believe salvation comes through Jesus Christ alone, by God's grace alone, through faith alone.

Scripture

We believe the bible is “God-breathed” and was written down by certain men as they were led by the Holy Spirit; it is without error and is the measuring stick for all truth in our lives.

Community

We believe Church best happens in community; a group of diverse people from various walks of life, all united under a common faith in Jesus Christ.

Come see what
we're all about

Matthew 28:19-20
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the end of the age.

What We Believe

The Trinity

We believe in the eternal triune God who reveals Himself to us as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, with distinct personal attributes, but without division of nature, essence, or being.

Creation

We believe that God created and sustains everything in the universe to display his glory.

The Lord's Day

We believe the Lord's Day is a time for believers to gather to commemorate His resurrection, which occurred on the first day of the week. Every day to the believer is one of Sabbath rest, since we have ceased from our spiritual labor and are resting in the salvation of the Lord.

Last Things

We believe God, in his own time and in His own way, will bring the world to its appropriate end. Jesus Christ will return personally and visibly in glory to the earth, the dead will be raised, and Christ will judge all men in righteousness.

The Church

We believe the Church is the body of all believers; Jesus Christ is her head; the primary means through which God is carrying out His purposes in the world; and that her great mission is to witness to all people the glory of God and the supremacy of His Son Jesus. The two ordinances of the Church are (1) believer’s baptism by immersion – symbolizing our sharing in the death, burial, and Resurrection of Jesus, and (2) the taking of the Lord’s Supper - proclaiming the Lord's death until he returns.

The Son

We believe in Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, born of a virgin, crucified, risen the third day, and coming again in glory and power to establish His Kingdom.

Man

We believe that man was created in the image of God, but by his own choice, through the temptation of Satan, rebelled against God’s authority, and came under His condemnation; and that as a consequence, all mankind is born with an inner nature which is in rebellion against God, and is thereby hopelessly alienated from God, unable on his own, to change that predicament.

Salvation

We believe that God sent His son to provide for our salvation; that by His death as our substitute, paid the punishment for our sin and ransomed us to God; that by His blood, we have been reconciled unto God; that God has declared us to be forgiven and no longer under His condemnation and wrath. Those whom God saves, He keeps, and the true believer is therefore eternally secure in their salvation.

The Holy Spirit

We believe in the Holy Spirit; His works include the indwelling of all believers, convicting of sin, regenerating of repentant sinners, sanctifying believers unto holy living, and that He distributes to all believers certain gifts which are necessary for the building up of the church body.

Eternity

We believe that there is an essential difference between those who are saved and those who are not; the righteous in their resurrected and glorified bodies will receive their reward and will dwell forever in the presence of God in Heaven; but the unrighteous will be consigned to Hell, the place of everlasting punishment.

The church is in a transitional period, and currently looking for a new Pastor. We have a great Pastor search committee that is committed to finding the Pastor that God has called to our congregation.
